Talented South Pacific photographer, Noel Bartley, would fly to Samoa every year to build his extensive photo library collection.
Noel would then bring a fresh set of Samoa images back to our Ponsonby design studio. He would to task Envisage to design tourism promotional material for the Samoa Tourist Authority.
